Contract for email & phone communication
This contract gains the client’s informed consent to email, text and phone contact as well as how homework tasks and questionnaires will be administered. The contract is the same for online and face to face clients as the tasks that must be accomplished are similar. However, it is especially important to clarify these details with online clients given this is the sole means of communication and the risks therefore greater.

When is this completed?
